The Movement Sessions provides a space to dive deep into the importance of movement. A space where we can explore, research, get a deeper understanding of our bodies and bring our bodies to life through movement and breath.

The Movement Sessions was created by Melissa Ransdorp and Lotte Willemsma through their mutual love and curiosity for movement in all its facets.

EMBODIED YIN YOGA TRAINING 50H

March 22, April 5 & 6
and April 19 & 20

In this 5-day immersion, we dive deep into the essence of yin yoga and its powerful role in stress release. You’ll explore the full spectrum of yin poses, while learning how to offer supportive variations and adapt your classes to meet different needs. We’ll share accessible insights on the role of fascia and how yin supports the nervous system.

Together, Lotte and Melissa bring over 350 hours of Yin Yoga Teacher Training experience. In addition, they are both specialized in trauma-sensitive approaches. Their combined expertise includes breathwork, stress release and nervous system regulation through the body, essential anatomy and functional movement perspectives. Throughout the days, we will thoughtfully weave together key elements and offer you practical tools to design and structure your own classes.

All of this comes together to form a strong foundation for your teaching or self-practice.
